Didi Gregorius

The New York Yankees have won a season-high seven straight games, due in large part to the effort of their shortstop Didi Gregorius. His go-ahead blast off of Angels pitcher Blake Parker in the tenth inning marked his fifth homer in six games and his 10th of the season. The blast earned Gregorius a curtain call many miles from home as he was showered with cheers and chants from the crowd.
