Gerrit Cole put together a brilliant display of resilience, giving the Houston Astros seven, shutout innings pitched. Cole uncharacteristically walked five batters and ended his streak of games with double-digit strikeouts, but powered through to stifle the Yankees offense. The gritty performance led the Astros to a 4-1 win and 2-1 ALCS lead.
