Alex Verdugo and Matt Beaty became the first rookies in history to hit walk-off home runs on consecutive days, before Will Smith decided to get in on the fun with a walk-off blast of his own. The home run sealed a series sweep of the division-rival Colorado Rockies and extended the NL West division lead to 13 games.
