Byron Buxton

The Twins may have been flummoxed by White Sox starter Dane Dunning on Tuesday evening, but it didn’t stop Byron from showing off his elite speed with an inside-the-park home run in the top of the third inning. Buxton drove Dunning’s offering to deep center field, just out of the reach of a leaping Luis Robert. The ball crashed into the wall and then shot back into the outfield, providing plenty of time for the fleet-footed outfielder to race around the bases for his ninth home run.
