In search of his first victory of the 2020 season, Steven tossed a gem on Thursday evening. The 28-year-old held the Cardinals to just one run on two hits while striking out eight in his first career complete game. This was the Pirates first complete game in a little over two years, with the last one coming back on August 7, 2018, courtesy of Jameson Taillon. "He was obviously phenomenal," said catcher Jacob Stallings. "Couldn't be happier for Steven, for sure."
