Garrett Crochet has wowed MLB with his ability to reach triple-digits with his fastball since he debuted on September 18. However, all the more impressive has been Crochet's ability to consistently pump high-octane heaters. Through five appearances, the left-hander has thrown 85 pitches and 69 of them have been at least 99 mph. That's the highest percentage of pitches (81.2 percent) at that speed since the pitch-tracking era began in 2008. The next highest percentage was 73.3 percent by Henry Rodriguez in 2009.
