“The Big Unit” was one of the most dominant flamethrowers since he entered the League in 1988 and he continued to prove he can be effective at 40-years-old. The lanky left-hander fired the 17th perfect game in MLB history, becoming the oldest pitcher ever to achieve the rare feat. Randy retired all 27 batters he faced, sending 13 hitters down on strikes.
