Lewis Hamilton

Lewis Hamilton matched the win record of Michael Schumacher with his 91st Formula 1 victory at the 2020 Eifel Grand Prix. Hamilton had to give away the initial advantage to his polesitting teammate Bottas, but he passed the Finn on Lap 13. From there, Hamilton had a relatively comfortable run in to the chequered flag to equal the all-time win record. A poignant moment for the German fans saw Hamilton being presented with a Michael Schumacher race helmet by his son, Mick. A fitting tribute to celebrate an incredible achievement in the sport.
