Alec Bohm

Alec's debut on Thursday evening makes him fifth player from his 2018 first round draft class to earn a big-league call-up. All eyes were on him when he stepped to the plate in the bottom of the second to face Orioles starter Thomas Eshelman for his MLB at-bat. The 24-year-old top prospect cracked a sharp grounder down the third base line past a diving Rio Ruiz, earning him a double for his first hit. Phillies fans hope there is a lot more where that came from.
