The Houston Astros are headed to the World Series after defeating the Boston Red Sox 5-0 in Game 6 of the ALCS. This is the franchise's third World Series berth over the past five seasons. With this clinch, skipper Dusty Baker became the ninth manager in MLB history to win a League Pennant in both the AL (Astros) and the NL (San Francisco Giants). Sprung by stellar pitching performances from youthful arms and extraordinary timely hitting from the core of the batting lineup, the Astros look to carry their momentum into the biggest series of the year.
