It was a historic night offensively for the San Diego Padres on Friday evening, and it was MLB All-Star second baseman Jake Cronenworth helping lead the charge. The 27-year-old collected the third cycle in Padres history during the 24-8 drubbing of the Washington Nationals. Cronenworth doubled in the second inning, tripled in the third, homered in the fifth and then hustled for an infield single in the sixth – driving in four runs in the process. "I guess I surprised myself," Jake said. "It's a pretty incredible thing to do."
