In the top of the first inning in the matchup between the Boston Red Sox and the Toronto Blue Jays, Jarren Duran clubbed his first career big league home run. The Red Sox number three overall prospect drove a 93-mph fastball, delivered by Ross Strippling, and sent it to left field for a 357-foot, opposite field, two-run home run, per Statcast. The Red Sox would go on to defeat the Blue Jays, 13-4.
