Eloy Jiménez sealed the Chicago White Sox series sweep over the cross-town rival Chicago Cubs with a stellar performance at the plate. The 24-year-old slugger from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, went 3-for-4 with two runs scored, two homers and five RBI. Eloy's first blast was a two-run longball in the top of the first inning and followed up with his second of the night in the top of the fifth inning with a solo jack. Jiménez' efforts paved the way for a 9-3 victory at Wrigley Field.
