Back-To-Back Sprint victories

Valtteri Bottas won his second Sprint race of the season at the Formula 1 Grande Prêmio De São Paulo 2021. The Finn has now enjoyed back-to-back success in the new format thanks to his previous victory in Italy. Bottas was able to get the most out of his Mercedes, producing unbelievably quick times and a driving masterclass to claim pole position for Sunday’s race. This was his 20th pole position, equalling Damon Hill’s tally, an achievement which culminated in a well-deserved third place on Sunday.
