Crosses the finish line

Max Verstappen crosses the finish line to win his first FIA Formula 1 Drivers' World Championship at the Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. A dramatic overtake of rival Lewis Hamilton on the last lap gave Verstappen his tenth win of the season and his maiden World Championship. The Dutchman enjoyed an incredible weekend taking a hat-trick of race win, pole position and fastest lap and breaking the record for most podium finishes in a single season. An amazing achievement in what many feel was one of the the greatest seasons of Formula 1.
