Marcus Semien

Toronto Blue Jays second baseman Marcus Semien continued his incredible season at the plate on Saturday afternoon at the Rogers Centre, hitting his 40th home run of the season during a 6-2 defeat of the visiting Minnesota Twins. Semien’s fourth-inning blast tied him for fourth-most ever by a second baseman in a season, just three behind Davey Johnson, who collected 43 back in 1973.
