Despite falling to the Houston Astros, 9-4, in game two of the ALDS, Tim Anderson had a stellar performance at the plate and joined ultra-rare company. The 28-year-old shortstop went 3-for-5 at the plate with a run scored. With this effort, Anderson became just the fifth player in MLB history to tally 12 hits through his first five career Postseason games. The other players to accomplish this feat are Edgar Martinez, Marquis Grissom, Ichiro Suzuki and Carlos Gonzales.
