Randy Arozarena has been named the 2021 American League Rookie of the Year after dominating his first full season in MLB. The La Habana, Cuba, outfielder received 22 first-place votes and 124 total voting points to become the fourth Tampa Bay Rays player to take home the award. On the year, Arozarena compiled 20 longballs and 20 stolen bases while maintaining a .274 batting average over 141 games played.
