Alex Albon claimed his first point of the 2022 campaign with an unorthodox strategy at the FORMULA 1 AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2022. The Williams Racing F1 driver was one of a handful to start on the hard tyres. Starting the race in P19, Albon quickly gained momentum and was climbing up the grid, having found a strategic advantage. He went 57 laps without pitting and then managed to hold off the challenge of Alfa Romeo F1 Team ORLEN's Zhou to claim P10 and his first point of the season.
