Houston Astros catcher Christian Vázquez came through with his biggest hit of the 2022 Postseason on Saturday night. The 32-year-old backstop cracked a two-run single in the top of the sixth inning, capping off what was a three-run frame that began with an RBI sacrifice fly from Trey Mancini. Vázquez also called a great game behind the plate, helping to hold the New York Yankees to just three hits all night.
