In Game 5 of the NLDS between the Philadelphia Phillies and the San Diego Padres, Zack Wheeler was called to start, and backed up his Club’s offense with a solid, six-inning-long outing. Over the course of his start, Wheeler allowed just three hits and two runs, but also fanned an impressive eight Padres batters in the process. Wheeler will surely be called upon to help his Club in the coming World Series against the Houston Astros, and fans and coaching staff alike are hoping he can keep his hot streak burning bright.
