Mookie Betts

After a 7-0 shutout victory over the host Chicago Cubs earlier in the day, Mookie Betts and the Los Angeles Dodgers were eying a doubleheader sweep in the nightcap. The 29-year-old outfielder did his part to ensure that happened. Betts went 2-for-5 with five RBI out of the leadoff spot, clearing the bases with a three-run double in the top of the third and then drilling a two-run homer to seal the 6-2 win in the ninth inning.
