Second 2-2 finish of the season

Oracle Red Bull Racing secured their second 1-2 finish of the season at the FORMULA 1 GRAN PREMIO DE ESPAÑA 2022 and now lead the Constructors’ Championship. The two Oracle Red Bull Racing cars started at P2 and P5 respectively but made the most of the opportunities that came their way. Despite battling mechanical problems, Verstappen expertly kept his car in contention with Perez also briefly leading the race. The two drivers held off the threat of George Russell and Carlos Sainz allowing Verstappen to take the victory with Perez in P2. The win puts Oracle Red Bull Racing top of the constructors’ championship, leading Scuderia Ferrari by 26 points.
