Bobby Witt Jr. had one of the best performances of his Major League Baseball career last night, despite his Kansas City Royals taking home the loss in their contest against the Minnesota Twins. Witt Jr. finished his phenomenal at-the-plate performance just one-piece shy of the cycle, as he failed to hit a double over the course of the game. Regardless, his seventh-inning, solo home run and third-inning, two-RBI triple contributed significantly to his Royals offense.
