In the bottom of the first inning of Monday's contest between the Texas Rangers and Tampa Bay Rays, the home team was threatening for early runs. With runners on first and second, Rays first baseman Ji-Man Choi lifted a fly ball to deep left-center field. Rangers outfielder Eli White sprinted to the warning track, timed his jump and leapt high over the wall to pull back what was a sure home run. This incredible grab prevented those early runs in what would be a 9-5 win for Texas.
