In last night’s contest between the Atlanta Braves and the Oakland Athletics, star outfielder Ronald Acuña Jr. got off to a scorching start. Acuña Jr. belted a pair of home runs – first and third inning solo blasts – off Athletics hurler Cole Irvin. Making good on a promise he made a few days earlier, Acuña Jr. commemorated his first home run by paying homage to cross-city basketball counterpart Trae Young, borrowing his iconic “Ice Trae” celebration.
