In his first game back with his Los Angeles Dodgers after being placed on the IL, Max Muncy had an explosive, magnificent return. In yesterday’s 11-9 Dodgers victory over the Chicago White Sox, Muncy spread five RBI across two hits, with a cinematic home run to boot. After the White Sox intentionally walked teammate Trea Turner, with two strikes, Muncy approached the plate and punished his opponents with a three-run, “welcome back” longball struck in the sixth inning.
