Down 2-0 heading into the bottom of the ninth inning, Cleveland Guardians fans turned to their most productive hitter, Jose Ramirez, to jumpstart the offense. The third baseman wouldn't disappoint, jumping on a 1-0 fastball from Oakland Athletics reliever Dany Jiménez, and sending it high over the wall in right-center. This propelled the Guardians to tie the game on an Owen Miller sacrifice fly and ultimately walk-off on a Luke Maile sacrifice fly to win 3-2.
