Last night, Los Angeles Dodgers left-handed hurler Tyler Anderson carried a no-hitter into the ninth inning of a meeting between his Club and the Angels. Heartbreakingly, with one out in the contest's final inning, Anderson let up a hit to Angels dual-threat Shohei Ohtani, ending his bid for the no-no. After being taken out of the contest, he received a standing ovation from the fans at Dodger Stadium, and for good reason, as his incredible 123-pitch, eight-strikeout performance handed his Club a 4-1 victory.
