Yesterday afternoon, the Houston Astros wrote an impressive no-hitter, the Club's 14th, into their history books. The no-hitter came courtesy of hurlers Cristian Javier, Héctor Neris, and Ryan Pressly, who, together, completely shut down the offense of their League-leading opponents: the New York Yankees. Certainly, Javier's seven-inning start was highlighted by his jaw-dropping collection of 13 strikeouts, while Neris and Pressly silenced the Yankees lineup in the eighth and ninth innings, respectively.
