Max Verstappen

Max Verstappen claims victory at the FORMULA 1 GRAND PRIX DE FRANCE 2022 on the same weekend he breaks Oracle Red Bull Racing’s record for F1® starts. Verstappen has now made more starts for Oracle Red Bull Racing than any other driver and celebrated in style. The Dutchman qualified P2 on the grid behind championship rival Charles Leclerc. Both drivers were way out ahead of the chasing pack when Leclerc slid off the road and into the barrier. Verstappen took P1 and comfortably led for the rest of the race. The win increases Verstappen’s championship lead to 63 points over Leclerc with ten rounds left in 2022.
