In last night’s contest between his St. Louis Cardinals and the Philadelphia Phillies, veteran Cardinals third baseman Nolan Arenado collected the second cycle of his Major League Baseball career. Arenado started this incredible performance with a triple in the first inning, before belting a two-run homer, off Phillies hurler Bailey Falter, in the third inning. After collecting his double and single later in the meeting, Arenado completed the cycle; unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to hand his Club the victory, as the Cardinals lost 5-3.
