ST. LOUIS CARDINALS

The St. Louis Cardinals, after their 6-2 victory over the Milwaukee Brewers last night, clinched the National League Central division title for the first time since 2019. Veteran first baseman Paul Goldschmidt, who's been with the Cardinals since 2019, drove in two key runs over the course of the contest. Additionally, before the post-game celebrations began, Albert Pujols gave an inspiring speech to his teammates at the bequest of manager Oliver Marmol, doing much to motivate the Club to stay focused on their lofty Postseason goals.
