Shane Bieber

In the first meeting of a day/night doubleheader that pitted his Cleveland Guardians against the Chicago White Sox, Guardians veteran hurler Shane Bieber had a breathtaking on-the-mound performance. Incredibly, Bieber threw a complete game, keeping his opponents to only one run, striking out seven White Sox batters in the process. Bieber pitched the complete game in just 95 pitches, paving the way for his Club to take home a 4-1 victory.
