José Ramírez hit a go-ahead two-run double in the seventh inning to lift the Guardians past the Tigers, 5-3, on April 22 at Progressive Field. Ramírez, who went 2-for-4 with a double, a run scored and two RBI, now has 10 multi-hit games this season. He also extended his on-base streak to 11 games.
