Chicago Cubs rookie outfielder Seiya Suzuki did the honors in last night’s MLB at Field of Dreams, driving in the first run of the contest in just the first inning. Suzuki connected with a pitch from Cincinnati Reds left-hander Nick Lodolo, sending the ball to the gap in left-center field, and scoring teammate Patrick Wisdom from first base. Suzuki’s debut 2022 MLB campaign has been incredible so far, and this catalytic moment en route to his Club’s 4-2 victory is certainly one of its highlights.
