As his impact on the Seattle Mariners franchise cannot be overstated, before last night's bout with the Cleveland Guardians, the Mariners inducted Ichiro Suzuki into the Club's Hall of Fame. Ichiro was elated with the honor of becoming the 10th member of the ballclub's most exclusive group and gave a heartfelt speech to the fans at T-Mobile Park in stride. Ichiro, who played with the Mariners for all or parts of 14 seasons, is a hero of mythic proportions for the franchise and their devoted fanbase.
