After shrinking the deficit to just one run by the bottom of the ninth inning, Padres catcher Jorge Alfaro hit a walk-off, two-run single to hand his Club the victory. Notably, this is Alfaro's fourth walk-off hit in his 2022 Major League Baseball campaign, making him the first player to notch four walk-offs at Petco Park in a single season.
