After being down five runs heading into the bottom of the fifth inning, the San Diego Padres turned their meeting with the Arizona Diamondbacks on its head to come back and win, 6-5. After shrinking the deficit to just one run by the bottom of the ninth inning, Padres catcher Jorge Alfaro hit a walk-off, two-run single to hand his Club the victory. Notably, this is Alfaro's fourth walk-off hit in his 2022 Major League Baseball campaign, making him the first player to notch four walk-offs at Petco Park in a single season.
