For the first time since 2001, the Seattle Mariners are back in the Postseason. Friday night's 2-1 clinching victory over the visiting Oakland Athletics was about as dramatic as one could possibly imagine. Rookie catcher Cal Raleigh was brought in to pinch-hit in the bottom of the ninth of a 1-1 tied game and would go on to make MLB history. The 25-year-old became the first player ever to hit a pinch-hit, walk-off homer to send his Club into Postseason play.
