Dominant win in opening race of 2023

Max Verstappen produced a dominant drive to win the FORMULA 1 BAHRAIN GRAND PRIX 2023. It was business as usual for the Oracle Red Bull Racing driver as he picks up where he left off in 2022. The Dutchman led from the start, having secured pole position on Saturday, and never looked back. He took victory by over 11 seconds with his Oracle Red Bull Racing teammate Sergio Perez taking P2. It was Verstappen’s first win in Bahrain and the first time he has won the opening race of the season – a fantastic omen for what could be a third consecutive FIA Formula 1 World Championship™
