New York Yankees starter Domingo Germán was hungry for his first win of 2023, and it showed against the Minnesota Twins during their Jackie Robinson Day matchup. The righthander was dominant from the first pitch, carrying a perfect game into the sixth and recording a career-high 11 strikeouts in the process. "He looked really good, using all his pitches in good areas," catcher Kyle Higashioka said of Germán's outstanding afternoon.
