James Outman has been as good as advertised since making the jump to the big leagues. The 25-year-old had his best outing to date on Thursday against the Chicago Cubs. Starting out the top of the third inning, Outman went the distance, sending a solo shot over the right-field fence. He wasn’t done yet, though, as he stepped up to the plate again in the ninth inning with the Dodgers locked in a 2-2 tie. Outman launched a go-ahead grand slam to put an exclamation mark on his awesome game and give his team the win.
