In Atlanta’s first game of a doubleheader against the New York Mets, the three-time MLB All-Star Game selection sent a ball into orbit, launching a solo shot way over the left-center-field wall. The homer had an exit velocity of 114.5 mph and traveled 448 feet, making it the sixth hardest-hit and 14th-farthest traveled shot of Acuña’s career. In the history of Citi Field, only three other players have sent a ball to the third deck (Yoenis Céspedes, Aaron Judge and Pete Alonso).
