Trayce Thompson put on a show in last night's meeting between his Los Angeles Dodgers and the Arizona Diamondbacks, smashing three home runs and generating eight runs in the process. In just the first inning, Thompson connected with a pitch from left-handed Diamondbacks starter Madison Bumgarner for a grand slam. Then, Thompson went long twice more, in the fifth and eighth innings, on his journey to becoming just the eighth player in Dodgers history to pick up eight or more RBI in a single contest.
