It’s not every day that you see a New York Yankees pitcher hit home runs, but that’s what Isiah Kiner-Falefa did Thursday night. In the their game against the Seattle Mariners, the hurler stepped up to the plate and delivered a two-run bomb in the bottom of the ninth inning. He is the first Yankees player to hit a home run as a pitcher since Lindy McDaniel did it on September 28th, 1972.
