After nearly 100 years of searching, the Chicago Cubs have finally found their first win at Yankee Stadium. Backed by a sterling start from Jameson Taillon, who tossed eight scoreless innings, the Cubs cruised to a 3-0 victory. Due to interleague play not being introduced until 1997, the two teams played sparingly, first squaring off in the 1932 World Series. The Club had previously been 0-12 all-time, but can now celebrate their first victory in the Bronx.
