After finishing second in 2019, Vladimir Guerrero Jr. finally got his revenge in the T-Mobile Home Run Derby four years later. The slugger went through a gauntlet of power-hitters eliminating Mookie Betts, hometown favorite Julio Rodríguez and Randy Arozarena en route to his first ever victory in the event. The triumph makes Guerrero Jr. the second Canadian-born player in MLB history to win the Home Run Derby joining Justin Morneau, who won in 2008.
