What’s better than one home run? Two, of course. In a crucial game against Team USA, Team Venezuela’s Luis Arraez did all he could to keep his side in contention. The 25-year-old got started early, launching a ball deep into the right-field stands in the first inning to cut into Team USA’s lead. Fast forward to the seventh inning, and Team Venezuela still needed offense. Arraez provided it by hitting his second homer of the night and putting his squad ahead, 7-5. His two-homer, four-RBI performance was one worthy of a round of applause from the nearly 36,000 fans in attendance.
