Arizona Diamondbacks outfielder Corbin Carroll continues to make his case for this season’s NL Rookie of the Year with his quickness and power. The young speedster reached 25 homers and 35 stolen bases in his first 134 career games after swiping a base in the sixth inning of the team’s game against the San Francisco Giants. It’s the second-fewest games needed by a player to reach the mark since 1900, sitting only behind Mike Trout’s 128 games. Carroll looks to continue padding his historic rookie campaign and to help his Club’s postseason push the rest of the way.
