Julio Rodríguez

Seattle Mariners outfielder Julio Rodriguez continues to amaze the Baseball world, doing so again by accomplishing one of the game’s toughest feats, a steal of home. Taking his lead at third with a runner on first in the seventh inning, “J-Rod” dashed home after Boston Red Sox catcher Connor Wong attempted to throw the runner out at second. The result was the 22-year-old’s first successful swipe of home, and 50th overall. He became the first Mariners player to swipe home plate since 2019 (Mallex Smith).
